Hey guys, I have a 380GT and would like to buy one of those VR-X lower grilles to put on my car.

Unfortunately the sunguards are sold out but I ordered a lower grill only to find that I had ordered just the black mesh that goes on my car - apparently I need a VRX VIN# that came with the awesome grill to be able to order one.

Would anyone be willing to tell me theirs?

Unfortunately it seems that you cannot go into a Mitsubishi dealership and tell them you want a part for a car. It simply baffles them that you would want to add parts to the car that it didn't come with to start.

I'm looking for this grey grill in between the fog lights.

Hi GUE57,

If you manage to get a price for that insert from a dealer, please let us know.  I'm looking for one too, although I haven't really been searching very hard yet, but had read previously that it was no longer available new via Mitsubishi spares.  I've also heard it was priced at something ridiculous like $600 when it was still available...

Would love to hear how you get on...

Yeah, the only things I want are the grille and the sunguard, I e-mail wreckers that show they have the part on wrecked cars, and they tell me they cannot help with said part. Pretty sure they are too lazy to upload real pictures and just put pictures of a different wrecked 380 up, I've seen some of the same pictures multiple times.

As for the grille, all you need is a VIN and you can e-mail your local dealer for a price check as long as it's still made. Just need that VIN.
