I was in the market for a car to get me to work everyday.
Had always respected the 380 so went in search of one.
Found a Series I VR-X with Leather and Sunroof in pretty good nick for a 7 year old car.
Also has aftermarket wheels that I am not sure if i will keep.
Previous owner fitted a raised spoiler with the standard boot lip spoiler, not sure if I'm a fan of this look.
During the test drive the LHR window regulator was found to be faultyand had this fixed by the dealer.

Here's the Carsales pics.

I've had the car for 4 weeks now and have done the following:
- replaced the brake pads
- changed the oil and filter
- fitted a double din headunit with bluetooth
- replaced the scratched interior front door handles and shifter
- replaced the wipers and washers
- fitted genuine VRX floor mats
- fitted +50 globes to the low beam
- fitted 90mm Galant intake

This was my review after I had the car for 7 days:

"This car continues to impress..
Having come from an FG Ford Falcon XR6, this is technically a "downgrade", but it doesn't feel like it at all.
It drives at least as well as the FG did..
The engine smoothness is better than the FG (I am surprised as the Ford inline 6 is a good unit)
The seats are better, both more comfortable and appear better quality leather.
I was concerned about the steering wheel not having reach, but I can find a more comfortable position in the 380
The 380 is down on power over the FG, but not as much as I was expecting
The auto transmission is not equal to the ZF in the FG, but it is not far behind

Ordered a few bits at Mitsubishi today to tidy up the couple of wear points (interior front door handles, gear knob), also ordered a ES head unit surround so I can fit a new head unit with Bluetooth.

Overall, as the stated, the car continues to impress!! "
