Got all the mechanicals sorted out today.

Fitted the K-frame back with new wishbone arms, cleaned it and sprayed it along with the rollover support bar.

Panel beaters picking it up in the morning.

So far...$4075 spent, with the spaypainting to go.

Panel beating will be bonnet, slight sill on drivers side, two guards and front bar.

hoping to get this on the road with 12 mths rego for under $6k...I know its a lot but it's a GTL and they are rare.

I got to use my new transmission hoist that kids got me for Xmas...so did it all single handedly.

Some people may be surprised to know I do complete engine and transmission swap outs single handedly.

Helps having all the best tools....

Nope....it passed the VIV and the roadworthy certificate...its only after driving it 200k's to get the LPG fitted i heard the tell tell droning of the front end.


Oh well another $240 to make it like sound like new....LOL
