You may have a leak between the headlight lens and its case.

I had a similar problem on my S2000 when i first got it, heat from the lights eventually dried it out once it stopped raining over a few weeks, solved it by removing the light and smearing clear silicon all the way around the join.

Its been parked outside all winter now and the problem has not returned.

mine does it if i hit the engine bay with a high presuure water cleaner...but it clears if i high beam for 20 minutes or so...

So if i got it replaced under warranty, it could happen again , maybe a design fault

again, happened in my CRX, but i was lazy and lef tit so long that the water cooker the reflective coating off the inside of the light. ended up replacing them..

It's the two access hole caps that leak, I fixed mine with silicon sealer.
