Also very keen to read your comparisons with the supercharged cars you already have.
How would/does the cost compare? I'm guessing the turbo install would be substantially more.

Sounds good...
What would that be, around 320-330kW at the crank?
Bloody good numbers.
With the LSD more may be usable on the road.....JUST.. :-)

These guys are shredding my new Yokahama tyres, so have asked for progressive smooth power delivery even if the end is less at the wheels.

Up to about $20K as it is all pioneering stuff.

Top dollar, but I'm betting it will be a wild ride. Very smart to look at progressive power, some get too excited by a spike in power that turbos can deliver.
What's boost being controlled with?

Of course the $20k doesn't include the LSD, brakes, Koni suspension ....and forged engine.....

The GT is almost exactly up to the price of a brand new TMR380...($53k)

@Cashie...not 320-330 at the crank, these FWD only have about 15-18% drivetrain losses...so closer to 300-315kw at the flywheel....which is what I said was the minimum I was looking to achieve.

But have decided to have an extra 20% headroom by revising it to 300kw at the wheels.

Boost is controlled by the Link G4 extreme ECU and 3 stage solenoid.

We'll see what happens in the next week.

What sort of revs is it pulling before the boost comes in? Is it running on petrol or LPG?
Will it be ready to come over for the Clipsal?
If you bring it over it'll probably be 3 stops for fuel and 2 stops for fresh tyres.

Boost starts at 1300rpm (4psi) , running 98 unleaded only (sequential vapour can't deliver enough fuel, would need to be liquid injection )

The group I go with every year are planning a slack track day...if we can get a slot with all the practice the v8 guys book up.

yeah the GT has brand new Yokohama Advan's...hope they last the distance.

I'll probably get some time off and see the car tomorrow...it's a 300km round trip to the tuners.

She's having the fuel return line mod done, fuel regulator and transmission oil cooler.

Won't be long now...just a conservative tune and I'll be back in the seat.

That looks even more stock than I was expecting... looks bloody awesome.
About the only think I can see that needs a tweak is the air intake, but well done!
