I'm only aiming for 20-25 psi Godzilla.....so you should be okay.

Already got the forged engine builder tee'ed up for another build, and if the ECU does what we think it will there's the prospect of doing some cam work as well.

But she'll weigh in at around 1900kg when i have added all the special bits.....

Today's update is that the Link Extreme ECU is in the car and running, injector and spark control are live.

Problems with drive by wire throttle control sticking, work in progress.

Believe it or not...just bought a second fully forged 6g75 with modified cam profile a few minutes ago, setup for a manual....

Pretty convenient.

Very nice work Stayer.

Thank You! At the forum in the US you are too little to write. I had to look for you. I am very interested in your experience.

The Link Ecu portion of this build is proceeding.

The tuners have sorted out the fueling control issues and the stock ECU doesnt throw up CEL and limp home codes anymore.

Now they are onto the spark controls.

Well they had lotsa problems getting the coil pack simulation working.

In the end bacause it is a darlington transistor drive, the ECU needed to see a 1.2 v drop with respect to ground ( as you would expect with two Vbe junctions)

Two 1N4001 diodes in series on each coil pack trigger pulse and the check lights and limp mode stopped.

I saw it running today, now it has a weird issue of slowly increasing revs at idle without any throttle.

At least it starts and runs....

here is a pic...although camera phone pic...

Getting closer .... can't see any turbos but :P

My car does strange stuff too like idle up & down to almost 2000rpm at times, it has a mind of it's own. When it's in gear it's fine so I haven't worried about it too much & it doesn't do it all the time either. One day when I could be bothered I'll swap out the throttle body & see if that works. I have one with a bigger butterfly so maybe it's confused but has only done this since it's been supercharged.

even with a bypass valve the charger will multiply the effect due to greater airflow so yes you may have a fix there?

Email sent with my tune attached.

I wouldn't go flashing your ECU with my tune.

I forgot to write that you'll need that PClink software from the Link site to be able to view it.
