It can be switched in by a 12v relay conected to an engine rpm controller, such as a frequency counting circuit, or even a road speed sensor. mechanically wise it sits a bit higher etc. The Sprintex Supercharger plenum may not fit. Overall I think it's a negligible gain unless you are doing a rebuild. | ||

Posts: 18 ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: Sydney Australia | I have some Eclipse MIVEC heads in the USA currently, hopefully in a few months they'll make it to Australia. I've agreed to get them flow tested and with a little luck we can get them put on Alan's massive flow chart ![]() of other news it looks like RPW have finally gotten their Cam's looking slightly healthier (probably through the American guys hassling the crap out of them to get something made) and optional upgrades for the MIVEC heads... so in theory you can keep the stock low lift for idle, then switch up to something even crazier at 3krpm ![]() | ||
