I recently was installing a new double din head unit into my 380DB 2005.

I then noticed the odometer added 60,000km, from 131,000km which it originally was, to 197,000 to what it is now.

All i can think of is that I could have accidentally grounded the speed sense wire, which originally goes into the stock head unit, to adjust volume etc.

is there a away to prove and change this at the dealer? I have already approached the dealership, which they then said to go to a motor electrical specialist..

thanks Mitsubishi.

anyway. Any thoughts?

Probably easier to get another instrument cluster.

Where are you located?

If you can figure out which wire it was then probably do it a few more times and get it to go back to zero...LOL
