Got sick of the noise of version 2 exhaust....even though the performance gain is significant, (and thats an understatement)

Loud as hell on wide open throttle and full boost.

It sounded unrefined and only suitable for the track....not a GT.

So....had an adapter flanged up with straight through for that special ocassion....where noise is acceptable...and

The rest of the time two 18 inch non restrictive hotdog silencers have quietened it down enormously...yet still you can hear that something is about to erupt as the boost increases..

Here are some pics.

Oh...and the extractors have been re-welded and refitted by me..hate that job.

Reason? The ceramic pre-cats just disintegrated after about a 1000 kilometres, looked like molten liquid against the rear metal cat.

Supercharging + stock ceramic cats= failure.

When come to life AWD again, you will remodel the exhaust? Or only the rear part of the exhaust?

This one is my daily driver car and i don't want him AWD.

I have 4 others to choose from still...

The AWD will be one is of the spare cars...and probably will have the twin turbo...it will be probably of these...

I am thinking the black one is the one to use because he was wrecked last year and now fixed up....

The twin cats on your version 3, do you still have the oxygen sensors hooked up?

well spotted mate...I am making extension leads for them on the weekend. At the moment just plugged into the headers....but cats are making emmissions very legal....and thats the main thing.

The emmissions without a cat cause great harm to people's health with benzine emmisions in particular proven to cause cancer.

Here is what it looks like after I wired up some custom oxygen sensor extension cords.

Basically take some scrap sensors and wiring loom and make two extension cords about a meter long and route one under the heat shield and the other with the brake line route.

Best to leave stock wiring and plugs in case someone needs to follow what's happened.

Note the crossover section, they told me it needs that bit for back pressure and noise etc...seems fair enough to me.
