So in my situation.

Power, ACC, Ground, ILLU+ came from the standard clock plug.
IGN1 came from the fusebox (connector towards the front of the car FUSE side, i just used a multimeter and probed it)
CAN (red+black) i tapped into the Climate Control loom
"ILLU-" (AKA Dimmer/Rheostat) i tapped into the 14pin radio loom
The 10pin from the 6 stacker to the MFD i used from a donor car and tapped into my vehicles loom (just the 2 wires for steering wheel controls)

There is a MFD Pinout in the WSM BUT it is missing the CAN wires, the can wire pinout can be found in the "Circuit diagram" section

The CAN lines are SUPPOSED to be terminated to the "Joint Connector" but i didnt have spare pins to add to the connector.
The IGN1 is SUPPOSED to come from a specific wire from the fusebox (im sure any IGN1 will do aslong as it is fused)
The 10pin radio loom appears to have a "loop" or "short" in it.

It would be best to find out where exactly the factory loom gets its IGN1 and ILLU-. And it would also be best to add the pins and terminate the CAN to the joint connector (POSSIBLE interference or communication errors MAY occur because i tapped into the climate control loom BUT it is not likely to happen)

Also, i checked the Platinum S3 i have here and it has NO loom for the MFD.

It appears to be a hit and miss. some Platinums have it, some dont.

all looks like a bit too much work. I thought about putting a MFD in mine. I was given different info by different people and decided against it
