| I recently was installing a new double din head unit into my 380DB 2005.
I then noticed the odometer added 60,000km, from 131,000km which it originally was, to 197,000 to what it is now.
All i can think of is that I could have accidentally grounded the speed sense wire, which originally goes into the stock head unit, to adjust volume etc.
is there a away to prove and change this at the dealer? I have already approached the dealership, which they then said to go to a motor electrical specialist..
thanks Mitsubishi.
anyway. Any thoughts? | |

Location: An island off southern Tasmania. | Probably easier to get another instrument cluster.
Where are you located?
If you can figure out which wire it was then probably do it a few more times and get it to go back to zero...LOL | |
