Location: An island off southern Tasmania. | It's pretty damn hard to find the Yokohama advan sport 225/40 ZR19 as fitted originally.
I am trying out the Falken 452 tyre this time around on my GT which has the same ROH Flare 19 in rims.
First impressions are that they are pretty damn quiet in terms of road noise.....only getting 20,000k out of the Yokohamas so this will be interesting, these are also a soft compound.
$375 each versus $600 each for the Yokohamas.
Bob Jane is where i got them from |

Location: Brisbane, qld | Ive got the Advan on the front and these awesome chinese tyres on the back( AUTOGRIP) gotta be the worst tyre ive ever had on any car ive owned, probably a nice cheap tyre for miss daisies car or a car you didnt drive, what ever you do dont buy these, the previous owner didnt realise what he was driving, no respect, , i just dont see where people like that get off by putting crap like that on a car like this, sorry, had get that outta my system, just "DONT BUY AUTO GRIP TYRES" they have no grip |

Location: Brisbane, qld | Yeah, those tyre are pretty dangerous, under hard braking the back end is all over the place like it wants to overtake the front, havent heard from Alan for over a week, left a message monday, still no reply, will ring him monday again, sounds like the SC is getting noisier , im a bit concerned about it running lean, dont want to do any damage to the engine, i clear the CEL and it just keeps popping back up |

Location: Brisbane, qld | Those KU31 Tyres i told you about fell through but i found some more that are about $30 cheaper per tyre, so will go for those, they had the Falkens 245-35-19s for $250 each delivered to vic/qld, i have the 245 on the rear ,look the same as the 225 other than being cheap chinese crap, but theyre going anyway
