The stock conrods are risky above 6 psi and the pistons just fall apart unless forged.

Location: An island off southern Tasmania. | The main weakness in the 6G75 is bolt stretch on the center 8 main bearing bolts.
They have been shown to stretch by several millimetres in worst cases.
You MUST replace the bolts when replacing bearings. |

Location: An island off southern Tasmania. | The bolts used in my build require a professional install, they are 1.5mm greater diameter so need to be drilled and tapped.
Engine has to be on the bench.
only do the inner 8 bolts as there isn't enough material in the block to do the outside 8 bolts. |
